The judging of the Innovation Awards, involves a range of experts from across the industry, who score the paper entries and also for the majority of categories, meet with entrants.  The judging of the Best New Retail and Best New Foodservice Product categories takes place on the 23 and 24 February 2016.  This year the judging process will run over 1 session rather than 2.

  • Michael Whiteford, Buying Director at ALDI who has worked with the company in both Scotland and the USA. He is currently responsible for developing the product range within Scottish Aldi Stores
  • Hilary Sturzaker, Food blogger at the award-winning food blog Mymonkfish and consultant on online content.
  • Sarah Mackie, Scottish Procurement Director for Brakes and an expert in procurement for the multiples
